If our Princess dresses do not fully satisfy you, please return them to us in their original brand-new condition, i.e. without them having been worn, washed, with their original label (neither torn, nor damaged, or removed) within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package, to our postal address: PRINCESSES ETC…, 3, rue des Lilas, 98000 Monaco.
For this purpose you can use the “Retractation form” in Annex 1 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Within 30 days of receiving your shipment, we will refund you the amounts paid with the same payment method used for your order. This right of retraction does not apply to custom-made Articles as well as to those that are personalized or “customized” according to the Purchaser’s specifications.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Should you notice an anomaly concerning a delivered Item (missing or non-compliant Item or damaged package) you should notify this lack of conformity within 3 days of receipt of the package to our postal or electronic address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
You should then return the non-compliant Item to us, in its original packaging and brand-new condition, i.e. without it having been worn, washed, with its original label (neither torn, degraded, or removed), to our postal address.
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, we will either refund or replace the non-compliant Item or send the missing Item, after having verified, in both cases, the validity of your request and the availability of the Item in question. If the latter was not available, we would refund it in full.
